Weekly Meal Plan 5-25

Something a little different this week! While you’re enjoying your Memorial Day Weekend and hopefully grilling something delicious, I am on vacation this week. This mom is taking a few weeks off of cooking, and instead I’ll be enjoying some delicious Greek and Italian cuisine in the Mediterranean. I’m sure when I return, I’ll have a few new Mediterranean inspired dishes to throw together and share with you! In the meantime, I will be sharing with you some of my favorite recipes from other food bloggers. These have all been tested in my kitchen. The one exception is the shrimp dish; because you know I dislike am “allergic” to seafood! Rest assured, a few trusted friends have given me the HUGE thumbs up from this recipe. The one recipe on here that is mine, I think would be perfect with the shrimp: Basil Lime Fruit Salad. Here is what’s on the menu with the links to get the recipes:
